TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Galia Travel LLC provides the highest level of bespoke travel services to our discerning clients. Our partnerships with the finest in global luxury travel ensure an unparalleled experience. Galia Travel LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company (“Galia Travel LLC,” “Galia Travel,” “we,” or “us”), sets forth the following terms and conditions for bookings made with us. References to “you” and “your” include the primary person making the booking, all individuals on whose behalf the booking is made, and any person to whom a booking is transferred.
Seller of Travel Registration
Galia Travel LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST38545. Registration as a seller of travel in Florida does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the State of Florida.
The Agreement
When you book with us, these Terms and Conditions, our privacy policy, and any written information we provide regarding your booking (collectively, the “Agreement”) apply. By making a booking, you confirm that you have legal authority over all travelers on the reservation and that all travelers accept this Agreement.
Price and Payment
Pricing is based on information available at the time of booking and may change due to factors such as fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or supplier price adjustments. Final payment terms will be disclosed before booking. Planning fees and service fees charged by Galia Travel LLC are non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing all invoices and travel documents promptly and notifying us of any errors.
Amendments to Your Trip
If you request changes after final invoice, modifications are subject to supplier terms and fees. Some suppliers treat changes as cancellations, which may result in 100% penalties.
Cancellation by You
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds (if any) will be issued according to the suppliers’ cancellation policies. Some services may be completely non-refundable. Planning and service fees charged by Galia Travel LLC are not refundable under any circumstances. Refunds required under Florida law will be issued within 30 days.
Cancellation by Supplier Partners
If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your booking, we will assist in arranging alternatives. Our liability is limited to facilitating communication with the supplier; we are not responsible for the supplier’s performance, insolvency, or refusal to refund.
Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable or provide compensation for events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or government actions.
Travel Protection
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel protection plan, including options such as “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage. While Galia Travel LLC is not an insurance company, we are authorized to offer insurance products on behalf of preferred and vetted licensed insurance providers. By purchasing insurance through these partners, you may protect your investment against unexpected events. Declining travel insurance is at your own risk, and Galia Travel LLC will not be responsible for losses that could have been covered under such policies.
Non-Liability
Galia Travel LLC acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, etc.). We do not own or operate these entities. You agree that Galia Travel LLC is not responsible for acts, omissions, negligence, or intentional misconduct of suppliers.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galia Travel LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your actions while traveling.
Destinations and Documentation
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry documents required by your destinations. Names on travel documents must match government-issued identification. We recommend reviewing current U.S. Department of State and CDC advisories before travel.
Health
You are responsible for meeting all health requirements for entry and travel. Consult your healthcare provider before departure. All related costs are your responsibility.
Flights
Airline schedules and operations are outside our control. We will assist in rebooking if disruptions occur but are not liable for additional costs.
Accuracy and Accommodations
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all published information (pricing, amenities, descriptions) will be free from error. International accommodations may differ from U.S. standards and can change without notice.
Complaints
If you encounter issues, notify both the supplier and Galia Travel LLC immediately. Most problems can be resolved on-site. If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 30 days of returning home.
Non-Disparagement
We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns before posting reviews. Nothing in this Agreement prevents clients from sharing honest opinions, provided they comply with applicable law.
Governing Law/Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by Florida law. All disputes must be filed in state or federal courts in Collier or Lee County, Florida. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought within one (1) year of the incident.
Entire Agreement and Severability
This Agreement, along with any referenced documents, is the entire agreement between you and Galia Travel LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
Fee Structure
Non-refundable professional planning fees and air ticketing fees may be charged. Such fees are separate from supplier costs, fully disclosed to the client prior to collection, and remain non-refundable.
Credit Cards
Galia Travel LLC is not the merchant of record for supplier-provided travel services. In accordance with Florida law, all such payments are processed directly by the supplier or their authorized payment processor. Galia Travel LLC acts solely as a facilitator, ensuring secure transmission of your payment to the supplier. We strongly recommend using a credit card for all transactions to preserve your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act.
